Kindergarten Registration

Registration

Our new student registration process for the 2025-2026 school is now completely online!  If you have an incoming student, please complete the online registration process using this LINK .  

Prior to completing the online registration, please have the following documents ready to upload before you begin:

  1. Proof of Woodbridge Residence

    • Homeowners: Provide a current property tax bill or mortgage statement AND two current utility bills (tax bill, telephone, cable, gas, oil, water or electricity within the past 30 days).

    • Renters: Provide a notarized copy of the current lease AND an appropriate notarized residency affidavit AND two current utility bills (telephone, cable, gas, oil, water or electricity within the past 30 days).

      • Click here for a copy of the Affidavit of Property Owner/Landlord form.

  2. Student’s Birth Certificate or Passport

  3. Up-to-Date Immunization Records from your child’s healthcare provider

  4. Health Assessment Record Form

    • Must be completed by your child’s healthcare provider.

      • Click here for a copy of the Health Assessment Form.

    • For out-of-state transfers: A physical exam must be dated within the past year.

  5. Most Recent Report Card (if applicable)

  6. Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 (if applicable) for Special Education students

  7. Custody Paperwork (if applicable)

Eligibility

Prospective Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025. Please note, there is an exception to this change.  If your child does not meet the new cutoff date, they may still be admitted into Kindergarten upon:

  • A written request from a parent or guardian, and
  • An assessment completed by the school that determines admitting the child to Kindergarten would be developmentally appropriate.

Summer Enrichment Program:
Please click HERE for information on our popular Kindergarten readiness summer program - "So, You’re Coming to Kindergarten!”  This year, both a formal morning session, and an option for a full day experience will be offered.
