Beecher Road School is a community school where students, staff and families work together to make a respectful, challenging and well-rounded learning environment.

Individualized student learning pathways have been a hallmark of education at Beecher Road School. As a thread woven throughout the school, technology is a catalyst for personalizing learning. Beecher Road School has always engaged its students in finding ways to express themselves creatively through the use of technology.

The Library Technology team members provide access to media & technology for students and staff to direct, enhance, and support the learning process. With a focus on information literacy, the Library & Technology Centers provide a broad range of digital and print resources in all areas of the curriculum to meet individual student learning needs. The Beecher Road School Library, with one of the largest elementary school collections in Connecticut, serves as a central focal point for the school.
